Each session lasts for approximately one hour.
Where does the horseback riding session start?
The sessions start from the resort. The horse barn road is located behind the Pueblo building, right across the main lodge.
What time should I arrive at the horse stables?
It is recommended to arrive at the horse stables at least 15 minutes before the ride to ensure a smooth start and so our wranglers can prep. If you arrive late, we will have to reschedule your ride.
What is the refund policy for horseback riding?
Refunds are only given if weather conditions are deemed unsafe for riding. In all other cases, we offer rescheduling options.
What clothing should I wear for horseback riding?
It is required to wear closed-toe shoes and full pants to ensure your safety and comfort during the ride.
Do I need any prior experience in horseback riding?
No, our horses are trained, and riders of all levels, including beginners and intermediates, are welcome.
Can children participate in horseback riding?
Yes, children aged 8-15 years old are eligible to participate as child riders.
